Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site commercial fryer oil filtration and fryer management services at client locations
- Operate and maintain the proprietary Filta micro-filtration equipment and service van
- Manage and dispose of used cooking oil in an environmentally responsible manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and foodservice clients on a regular route
- Monitor fryer oil quality and advise clients on oil life and fryer maintenance best practices
- Complete accurate service records, logs, and client documentation for each visit
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — this is a mobile, route-based position
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands-on work in a commercial kitchen environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently on a daily route
- Prior experience in foodservice, kitchen equipment maintenance, or a trade is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn proprietary filtration equipment
- Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service
