Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site fryer oil filtration and fryer management services at commercial kitchen accounts
- Micro-filter cooking oil in deep fryers to extend oil life and improve food quality
- Conduct fryer cleaning, maintenance, and safety inspections at each visit
- Manage and maintain a mobile filtration van stocked with equipment and supplies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and foodservice clients
- Document service visits, oil usage, and account activity accurately
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work early morning hours and manage an independent daily route
- Comfortable working in hot, commercial kitchen environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to operate and maintain filtration equipment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Prior experience in foodservice, kitchen operations, or route service is a plus

Compensation: $41,600.00 - $72,800.00 per year
